Oak is considered one of the most durable woods, and this quality is enhanced by heat treatment. This material is used to make decking boards for outdoor spaces, verandas, and gazebos. Heat-treated oak boards create a durable flooring that can withstand heavy loads and heavy use. In addition to flooring, Temo oak is also used to make facade boards for building cladding. This cladding is environmentally friendly, requires little maintenance, and withstands adverse weather conditions.
FACING TERRACES, VERANDAS,
and GAZEBOS
Our products retain their appearance for years, so you can forget about drying out, cracks, and rot. This type of facade requires minimal maintenance during its use.
Angara pine contains less resin than regular pine, and heat treatment further "burns out" the resinous inclusions. After heat treatment, Angara pine is less susceptible to warping and cracking. This makes it more stable and durable when exposed to heat and sun (relevant for the UAE). It is well suited for terraces, facades, and decking, but for premium applications (such as high-traffic public areas), ash or larch are superior in terms of strength.
Birch boards heat-treated on specialized equipment using our proprietary technology. This includes intensive drying and baking in a humid environment under pressure at 170-180°C, followed by hardening. As a result, the thermally modified boards acquire enhanced performance properties and a distinctive appearance. They are made from the appropriate wood species, grades 0-1.
Thermo-ash is produced using modern technology that preserves all the advantages of the wood while eliminating its disadvantages. The luxury and aesthetic appeal of a natural material, while eliminating the risk of decay, are achieved through heat treatment that modifies the wood structure. Thermally modified alder is a premium material often used in saunas, spas, and hammams. Treated alder is resistant to damp conditions, does not absorb excess moisture, and does not rot. It also resists the growth of mold and other harmful pests after treatment. Thanks to these properties, thermally modified alder is completely environmentally friendly and requires no chemical protection. Furthermore, thermally modified alder paneling has a distinct texture and a deep, rich color.
Thermally modified elm is characterized by its high density, stability, moisture resistance, and beautiful texture. It is widely used for interior finishing in areas with high humidity. Furthermore, thermally modified elm tolerates all types of mechanical processing well. The advantages of this semi-precious wood include moisture resistance, aesthetics, and density. After processing, the wood becomes even better and more attractive.
Thermowood is obtained as a result of special thermal treatment of various types of wood (pine, ash, oak, and others). The material obtained in the process of heating wood to high temperatures, serves much longer.
